SA Specialties is seeking to hire a full-time dispatcher for their San Antonio, TX office. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, constantly changing and have the skill set to solve problems on the go, this is the company for you. As one of San Antonio's leading residential HVAC companies, we hire customer services minded individuals who are the liaison between the customer, HVAC technicians and the company. This individual must be flexible in their thinking and open to all suggestions while adding to the successful culture in place. Along with being self-driven, the following characteristics and skillsets are a must for this position:

• Good written and excellent oral communication skills.
• Attention to detail along with excellent organizational skills.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
• Knowledge of HVAC work and terminology is a plus.
• Reliable and honest.
• Capacity to work effectively both as a team or independently.
• Strong time-management skills.
• Company goal minded.

This full-time position will communicate with the customer informing them of scheduled appointments, to respond to inquiries, and to help to resolve issues and problems. Plans and routes technicians with the skillset which best fits the customer’s needs. In addition, this position reviews customer history and all related data regarding their A/C system, and service call history to communicate appropriate information. This individual will rotate with other dispatchers managing the after hours calls and some weekends.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, with one Saturday per month as needed
• Standard hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break
• Weekends worked as needed

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
