We began dispatching HVAC techs in the Tampa Bay, FL area and in just a short time, ConServ’s reputation for customer service and technical expertise began to grow in GA, SC, NC, VA, TN, MS and AL. The ideal candidate would be someone who has dispatching experience in the construction or HVAC field!
POSITION SUMMARY:
If you enjoy a fast paced work environment with little down time, this is the job for you!
- Provide top level customer service to both external and internal customers.
- Everyday engagement with both customers and field technicians to ensure ETAs are met and customers needs are taken care of
JOB DUTIES:
- Route and schedule field technicians to meet customers demands’
- Ensure parts needed are ordered and stocked for various HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- Field customer questions/calls to ensure expectations are met
- Update customer websites/portals on a daily basis
- Work with technicians and management utilizing teamwork to accomplish goals
- Ensure technicians needs are met daily
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong customer service and people skills
- Highly organized
- Able to thrive in high pressure situations
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
