Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Draftsman to prepare detailed HVAC drawings and layouts for commercial and industrial projects. The candidate should have experience in preparing ducting, piping, and coordination drawings using AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare HVAC shop drawings, ducting layouts, and piping drawings
• Develop as-built drawings and coordination drawings
• Modify and update drawings based on site requirements and engineer comments
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other disciplines
• Prepare detailed sections, schedules, and material layouts
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and standards
• Maintain proper documentation of drawings and revisions

Requirements

• Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering or Draftsmanship
• Minimum 3–5 years of HVAC drafting experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D & 3D
• Knowledge of HVAC ducting, chilled water piping, and ventilation systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Gulf experience preferred
• Knowledge of Revit/BIM is an added advantage
