End: First week of June 2026

Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Electrical Technician for a short-term ITP assignment to support our client’s QE LNG Maintenance Project at QELNG North, located in Ras Laffan Industrial City (RLIC), Qatar.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems within an Oil & Gas operational environment, ensuring reliable operation and strict compliance with safety and client standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, including motors, panels, control circuits, and starters
• Inspect, test, and repair electrical components of HVAC equipment (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, exhaust systems, etc.)
• Diagnose electrical faults using test instruments and rectify issues efficiently
• Ensure proper functioning of MCCs, control panels, and associated wiring
• Follow PTW systems, LOTO procedures, and HSE guidelines at all times
• Coordinate with mechanical HVAC technicians and supervisors
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedules
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
• Ensure good housekeeping in work areas

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC Electrical Technician in the Oil & Gas / LNG / industrial sector
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred
• Technical diploma or trade certificate in Electrical / HVAC Electrical
• Strong knowledge of HVAC electrical systems, controls, and safety practices
• Experience working in LNG plants or large industrial facilities is an advantage
• Ability to work long hours in a site-based industrial environment
• Safety-focused, disciplined, and physically fit

Employment Details

• Salary: QAR 3,500 per month
• Working Schedule:
• 10 hours per day & 6 days per week
• Overtime: Paid for hours worked beyond 10 hours per day
• Benefits: Company-provided FAT (Food, Accommodation & Transport)
