Job Overview – HVAC Engineer / Supervisor

An HVAC Engineer/Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning systems at project sites or client facilities. The role involves supervising technicians, ensuring timely completion of preventive and breakdown maintenance, coordinating with clients and contractors, managing material and site documentation, and ensuring safety compliance. The position requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and effective team coordination to ensure uninterrupted HVAC operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) –

• Supervision of Technicians

Allocate daily tasks, monitor work quality, and ensure adherence to SOPs.

• Preventive Maintenance Execution

Plan and ensure timely completion of all PM activities as per schedule.

• Breakdown Analysis & Resolution

Respond to equipment failures, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quick restoration.

• Site Operations Monitoring

Oversee chiller/VRF/AHU/FCU operations and maintain optimal performance parameters.

• Material & Tools Management

Ensure availability of required spares, consumables, and tools at the site.

• Client Coordination

Communicate job progress, maintenance updates, and ensure client satisfaction.

• Safety Compliance

Enforce safe working practices, PPE usage, and adherence to company HSE policies.

• Documentation & Reporting

Maintain daily logs, service reports, checklists, material consumption records.

• Vendor/Contractor Coordination

Assist in supervision of third-party work like coil cleaning, chemical treatment, etc.

• Energy & Efficiency Monitoring

Monitor system performance, report abnormalities, and suggest energy-saving measures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,603.88 - ₹20,902.33 per month
