Hiring – HVAC Engineer
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Project Type: Luxury Villas & High-Rise Buildings

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Engineer with 3–5 years of UAE experience, specializing in ducting and chilled water piping, to join our team for ongoing luxury villa and high-rise MEP projects in Dubai. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong site execution, coordination, and technical skills.

Requirements
✅ Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or HVAC Engineering
✅ 3–5 years of relevant UAE experience in MEP projects
✅ Strong knowledge and experience in:

• HVAC ducting systems (supply, return, and exhaust)
• Chilled water piping systems and pumps
• Air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), and associated accessories
• ✅ Familiarity with UAE authority standards (DEWA, Dubai Municipality)✅ Ability to read, interpret, and review HVAC drawings✅ Experience in site execution, inspections, and coordination✅ Knowledge of testing, balancing, and commissioning of HVAC systems✅ Excellent communication and leadership skills✅ Immediate / short notice joiners preferred
• Job Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise HVAC ducting and chilled water piping works on site
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and other MEP trades
• Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and authority requirements
• Attend site inspections and close NCRs / IRs
• Prepare material submittals, method statements, daily and weekly reports
• Monitor work progress, quality, and safety compliance
