HVAC Engineer

Looking for an experienced HVAC Engineer to design, install, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems for commercial and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design HVAC systems (load calculations, ducting, piping)
• Supervise installation and commissioning
• Perform site inspections and troubleshooting
• Ensure compliance with local codes and standards
• Prepare BOQs, drawings, and technical reports
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients
• Preventive maintenance planning
• Energy efficiency optimization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• HVAC certification (if applicable)
• Knowledge of HVAC codes & standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, etc.)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD / Revit / HVAC software

Experience Required

• Minimum experience: 4 years
• Experience in:
• Commercial / Residential / Industrial HVAC systems
• Chillers, VRF/VRV, AHU, FCU, ducting, piping
• Site and project management experience
