MEP Engineer

Should have 5 Years of UAE Experience in MEP

Good Knowledge about waterproofing & HVAC add advantage

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Engineer with strong knowledge of Waterproofing and HVAC systems to join our interior fit-out team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordination, execution, and supervision of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works for interior projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, authority regulations, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQs for interior fit-out projects.
• Coordinate MEP works with design, architectural, and site teams.
• Supervise installation of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, electrical, and firefighting systems.
• Ensure proper integration of MEP services within interior spaces (ceilings, partitions, joinery, etc.).
• Manage and inspect waterproofing works in wet areas (toilets, pantries, terraces, etc.).
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for timely material procurement and installation.
• Prepare method statements, material submittals, and shop drawings.
• Ensure testing & commissioning of HVAC and MEP systems.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and local authorities for approvals and inspections.
• Monitor project progress and control costs related to MEP works.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in MEP works, preferably in interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (ducting, chilled water, VRF, ventilation, load calculation).
• Good understanding of waterproofing systems and applications.
• Familiarity with local authority regulations and safety standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. Knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
