HVAC Engineer

• Providing technical support to other engineers within the company regarding projects or issues related to HVAC systems.
• Brief the team on the conceptual design to comply with the requirements, and review and approve the drawings before proceeding.
• Assist in the tendering of any project by pricing the section related to mechanical and attending the meetings & site visits if needed.
• Review the materials proposed by the consultants and recommend the best alternatives to improve quality, safety, future maintenance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Follow on the execution work to ensure completion on time and on the standard.
• Official correspondence with authorities, consultants, and clients and solving the problems related to approvals, variation and site issues.
• Record, monitor, and approve the work and time sheets of the team.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in UAE/GCC.
• Knowledge in AUTOCAD and other design and project management tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Results orientated and organized with the ability to deliver against deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
