HVAC Engineer/ HVAC Designer

We are looking for a experienced HVAC Engineer / HVAC Designer, responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, and improvement of HVAC systems in residential, commercial, or industrial buildings. The role involves ensuring systems operate efficiently, meet building code standards, and provide optimal indoor air quality and thermal comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration components.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation using CAD software.
• Conduct load calculations and energy modeling to determine system requirements.
• Select appropriate HVAC equipment and ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Supervise the installation and commissioning of HVAC systems on construction sites.
• Perform regular inspections, testing, and maintenance of systems to ensure proper functioning.
• Diagnose system malfunctions and recommend repair or replacement.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers on project design and implementation.
• Ensure systems are energy efficient and comply with LEED, ASHRAE, or other relevant standards.
• Prepare project cost estimates, timelines, and technical reports.
