HVAC Foreman

We are hiring an experienced HVAC Foreman to oversee day to day HVAC installation and maintenance work at project sites. The ideal candidate must be able to lead a team, understand drawings, and ensure high quality execution as per UAE standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise HVAC technicians and helpers
• Execute HVAC works as per drawings and project requirements
• Oversee duct installation, piping, insulation, and equipment mounting
• Ensure proper installation of FCU, AHU, FAHU, VRF units, exhaust fans, fresh air fans and split units
• Plan daily tasks, manpower, materials, and tools
• Coordinate with other site teams to avoid work conflicts
• Conduct quality checks and ensure safety compliance
• Monitor testing, commissioning, and final handover
• Maintain daily progress reports and material tracking

Requirements

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical or HVAC
• Minimum 3 to 5 years UAE experience as HVAC Foreman
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, and piping
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Strong understanding of site safety practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
