Job Title: HVAC Foreman

Location: Manhattan, NY

Pay: $45/hour + Benefits

Are you an experienced HVAC professional ready to take the lead on high-profile commercial projects in one of the most dynamic construction markets in the world? We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established mechanical contractor with a strong pipeline of work across Manhattan.

As HVAC Foreman, you’ll oversee day-to-day site operations, leading crews on large-scale commercial installations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate HVAC installation teams on commercial job sites
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Plan daily work activities and manage manpower efficiently
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades
• Monitor project progress and resolve on-site issues proactively

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Foreman or Lead Installer on commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, and mechanical installations
• Ability to read construction drawings and technical documents
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong understanding of site safety practices
• NYC experience and relevant certifications/licenses preferred
