About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HVAC Install Coordinator / Dispatcher to join our team. This individual will be the central point for coordinating HVAC installations, managing dispatch, handling permits, and ensuring equipment and warranties are properly registered. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities for our HVAC Install Coordinator/Dispatcher:

• Coordinate and dispatch HVAC installation crews efficiently.
  
• Pull permits for HVAC installations and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  
• Register equipment and manage warranty registrations.
  
• Track warranty parts and ensure timely fulfillment for service or installs.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all installations, dispatches, and warranty information.
  
• Communicate with customers, technicians, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  
• Support the dispatch team during on-call rotations.
  
• Assist with other administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications for our next HVAC Install Coordinator/Dispatcher:

• Previous experience in HVAC operations, installation coordination, or dispatch required
  
• Knowledge of local permit processes and HVAC equipment registration a plus.
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  
• Comfortable using computer systems and dispatch software.
  
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, and participate in on-call dispatch rotation.
