HVAC Install Lead

We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Install Lead who can take charge of residential installs, lead a crew, and consistently deliver high-quality work. This role is ideal for someone who knows what they’re doing in the field, takes pride in their work, and can lead by example.

Responsibilities

· Lead residential HVAC system installations from start to finish

· Manage and guide install helpers on the job site

· Ensure installs are completed efficiently and up to company standards

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

· Communicate professionally with customers when needed

· Represent the company with a strong, positive attitude

Experience

· Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience required

· Strong leadership skills and ability to run a crew

· Must have own tools

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (insurable)

· Professional attitude and appearance

· Go-getter mindset with a positive attitude

Schedule

· Monday through Friday

· Rotating Saturdays

· Typically 1 install per day

Pay

· Piece rate

· Hourly paid for meetings, training, and non-install work

· High earning potential based on performance

Pay: From $1,500.00 per week
