HVAC Installation Manager

HVAC Installation Manager | $90,000 - $120,000 Salary

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00am to 4:00pm | some eveningsweekends

Position Overview:

• Oversee all Plumbing and HVAC Installation operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
• Monitor daily and weekly schedules to ensure efficient resource allocations.
• Collaborate with the Service and Maintenance Manager to ensure a steady flow of leads from the service department team.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct field visits to observe project progress and address issues proactively.
• Identify inefficiencies in installation workflows and implement solutions to improve productivity.
• Train team members to identify and act on sales opportunities and processes.
• Support supervisors in resolving complex technical and customer service challenges.
• Collaborate with supervisors to establish best practices for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor labor and material budgets to ensure the profitability of the department.
• Working daily in Service Titan; our cloud-based CRM.

Qualifications:

• 5 + years of management or leadership experience within the service industry
• HVACPlumbing management / supervisor experience - Desired
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and drive performance improvements
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced customer service and follow-up abilities
• Microsoft Office experience (ExcelWord)
• Knowledge of HVAC and/or Plumbing systems, installation processes and codes - Desired
• NATE Certifications (Core, AC Install, Air Distribution, Gas Heat) - Desired
• Experience using Service Titan - Desired
