What You’ll Be Doing

• Install HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings
• Work on heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and technical specifications
• Install and configure equipment including furnaces, condensers, air handlers, and ductwork
• Fabricate and install ductwork for proper airflow and system efficiency
• Install thermostats, controls, and electrical components
• Test systems to ensure proper operation and performance
• Ensure all work meets company standards and local and state codes
• Communicate with customers on system operation and maintenance
• Work closely with dispatch and the service team to stay efficient
  
  

Requirements

• HVAC installation experience
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Pride in clean, quality work
• Ability to read plans and follow technical specifications
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license
• EPA certification or HVAC license is a plus
