HVAC maintenance Technician (Oil and Gas)

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems to ensure efficient and uninterrupted operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of HVAC equipment, preferably in industrial or oil & gas environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on HVAC systems (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF, Split & Package Units).
• Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot HVAC system faults and carry out repairs.
• Conduct routine servicing, cleaning, and replacement of defective components.
• Monitor system performance and ensure optimal efficiency and safety.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and minimize system downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service reports.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and manufacturer guidelines.
• Coordinate with supervisors and engineering teams during maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of HVAC maintenance experience (Oil & Gas / Industrial experience preferred).
• Technical Diploma / ITI in HVAC, Mechanical, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Locally available candidates in Qatar preferred.
