Job Overview
We are hiring a hands-on Marketing Coordinator to manage daily marketing execution, social media, content creation, and local lead generation support.
This is a fully in-office, execution-focused role. You will be responsible for producing and managing marketing that generates real business results—not just ideas or strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content
- Create and manage social media content (graphics, posts, updates)
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries
- Maintain consistent brand presence across platforms
Lead Generation & Direct Mail
- Assist with direct mail campaigns and neighborhood targeting
- Use property data tools (property appraiser, etc.) to identify target areas
- Help build and refine marketing lists based on opportunity
Marketing Operations
- Coordinate with vendors (print, ads, digital partners)
- Track campaign performance (calls, leads, response rates)
- Support ongoing marketing initiatives and seasonal campaigns
Community & Events
- Assist with company events and promotions
- Occasional evenings/weekends required for events (rare but expected)
Requirements
- Experience in marketing, social media, or content creation preferred
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks without constant supervision
- Comfortable working in-office full time (Cocoa, FL)
- Basic understanding of marketing performance (leads, conversions, etc.)
- HVAC/home services experience is a plus but not required

Schedule
