Hourly pay rate: $32.00 per hour. Benefits to include Health & Welfare Pay: $1,211.00 per month, Vacation, Pension, Paid Holidays, Sick Leave in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement. If the candidate obtains/maintains NATE Certification within 6 months of employment hourly pay rate will be $34.00 per hour.

LB&B Associates is currently seeking a full-time HVAC Mechanic to support our contract located at the Harrisonburg Federal Courthouse, Harrisonburg, VA.

HVAC Mechanic must have a minimum of (4) years experience working on large commercial heating and air conditioning equipment. HVAC Mechanic must be competent to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers, chillers, hot water heating systems, domestic water plumbing systems, air handlers, VAV components, and other various HVAC equipment and building systems. Candidates must also have general maintenance knowledge on how to operate and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

High School Diploma or G.E.D is required.
Universal EPA or CFC certification is required.
Technical training in HVAC is highly desired.
