HVAC Mechanic – Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning) systems.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on chillers, AHUs, FCUs, package units, split units, ducting, and ventilation systems.
• Replace and calibrate thermostats, pressure switches, sensors, and controls.
• Charge refrigerants, check leaks, and ensure proper system performance.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and energy efficiency practices.
• Maintain service logs and provide reports on maintenance and repairs.

Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI in HVAC / Mechanical / Refrigeration (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of refrigerants, compressors, motors, and electrical control systems.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot under pressure.
• Good understanding of HSE and safe work practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
