HVAC Procurement Engineer

Qualifications:

• Education:
• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. (Preferred)

Position Summary:
The HVAC Procurement Engineer will be responsible for managing the sourcing and procurement of HVAC products, materials, and services for projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, procurement processes, and supplier relationship management. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of quality materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to procure HVAC systems, equipment, and materials as per project requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best possible prices, delivery timelines, and product quality.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project specifications and ensure that the correct materials are sourced for each project.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and ensure they are processed accurately and promptly.
• Monitor supplier performance, track orders, and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to meet project schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
