HVAC Project Engineer

Taking care of all your heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) needs.

Responsibilities:

• Site inspection, coordination with Architect/PMC/MEP for proposed work, finalizing AutoCAD design made by the design team as per site & Architect/PMC/MEP requirement

• Ensure that all installations are done in accordance to the set standards.

• Provide technical guidance & support to on-site technicians and subcontractors on call or video call.

• Conduct regular inspections to assess the quality and progress of HVAC

• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project expenses

• Communicate effectively with clients, project teams, and management regarding project status, schedules, and any issues that may arise.

• Finalizing work with completion report, measurement sheets & submit for billing with all required documents and conformations.

• Design, installation, and commissioning of HVAC systems, specifically Samsung VRF and Mitsubishi systems.

• Maintain detailed records of all Samsung and Mitsubishi.

The Person:

• He should be good at supervision and punctual to achieve the decided schedule.

• Possess technical expertise and maintain professionalism in their work.

Education and Industry Exposure

• Any Graduate or hold Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Have experience and knowledge with operations and maintenance of any kind of air conditioning systems like Split Air Conditioner, Ductable Air Conditioners, Packaged Air Conditioner, Cassette AC, VRF AC etc.

• Communication: Must speak Hindi or English and the local language spoken at their site location

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
