HVAC Project Lead & Estimator

We work with a wide range of commercial environments: Higher Education, K-12, Healthcare, Hospitality, Government, and Institutional Facilities.

Responsibilties:

• Prepare cost estimates for HVAC installations, retrofits, and service contracts.
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and site conditions to validate project scope and cost.
• Collaborate with engineering and field teams to ensure bids are technically sound and profitable.
• Balance competitive pricing with strong margins and project viability.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources while managing subcontractors and field teams.
• Lead project meetings, address challenges early, and ensure consistent quality and safety standards.
• Identify new business opportunities through existing networks and proactive outreach.
• Present solutions tailored to client needs and close sales with professionalism.
• Follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC estimating, project management, and sales.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, installation methods, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
