HVAC Project Manager

We are working with a growing Mechanical Contractor, looking to bring on an experienced Project Manager. Specifically, we are looking for someone with HVAC, Mechanical experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from design to completion by communicating with and assisting technicians daily
• Tracks and controls project schedule and costs to make sure projects are completed on-time and within budget.
• Negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contracts
• Complete site evaluations at the end of each project to ensure project is completed to standard
• Create proposals to install new or replacement; upgrade HVAC systems.
• Prepare and submit weekly status updates on the progress of the project

Requirements:

• 2+years of experience in the HVAC industry
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and services
• Prior experience having been responsible for project financials
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to travel locally as required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

The annual salary for this position is between 130k-150k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
