HVAC Sales

Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician or Sales Tech to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise. This role involves both installation and maintenance of HVAC systems, as well as opportunities for outside sales and business development within the HVAC sector.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding system operation and maintenance.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote HVAC services and products.
• Develop and manage customer accounts through effective account management practices.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and territory management strategies.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify business development opportunities within the B2B market.
• Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and sales progress effectively.

Skills

• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Experience in technical sales, including B2B sales and territory sales management.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for lead generation and account management.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and upsell relevant products or services effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for direct sales interactions and product demos.
• Familiarity with retail sales techniques as they apply to the HVAC industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $1,000.00 per week
