Join our sales team and help drive growth across Bahrain, Qatar and Kuwait by promoting our high-quality HVAC and insulation solutions. We're looking for a results-driven sales professional with strong technical acumen and regional market experience.

Your Tasks:
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and technical submittals aligned with project specifications
Present and promote our products to clients, emphasizing technical benefits and value
Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize deal closure and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with distributors, contractors, and consultants to secure product approvals
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Bahrain, Qatar, and Kuwait
Provide technical support and coordinate on-site application training when needed
Maintain accurate records of project approvals, visit reports (via
SF.COM), and monthly forecasts
Ensure timely follow-up on receivables and resolve customer issues efficiently
Your Profile:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or equivalent technical background preferred
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in HVAC, insulation, or construction materials
Proven success in technical sales within the Middle East, especially with MEP consultants and contractors
Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all stakeholder levels
Skilled in market intelligence gathering and strategic sales positioning
Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar platforms for lead and pipeline management
Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple sales targets independently
Valid driving license and willingness to travel across the GCC region
