What You’ll Do

• Run 2–4 in-home appointments per day with homeowners
• Conduct comfort evaluations and recommend HVAC system solutions
• Present pricing, financing, and upgrade options clearly and confidently
• Follow a structured sales process designed to close on the first visit
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity in CRM
• Deliver a professional, consultative customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in in-home sales (HVAC, solar, roofing, windows, or similar)
• Track record of closing on company-provided leads
• Strong ability to build trust quickly and handle objections in-home
• Comfortable working evenings/weekends (when homeowners are available)
• Tech-comfortable (CRM, financing tools, digital presentations)
• Valid driver’s license

• 100% Commission – Uncapped
