Job Description

We are a growing HVAC company serving residential and light commercial clients in the Salt Lake City area. We are currently seeking a motivated and driven HVAC Sales Representative who takes pride in building relationships, generating new business, and closing deals.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, talking to people, and earning based on performance.

Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Prospect residential neighborhoods and small businesses
  • Reach out to property managers and commercial clients
  • Generate new leads and convert them into HVAC service jobs
  • Promote services such as repairs, system replacements, and maintenance
  • Follow up with potential clients and maintain relationships
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions
  • Work independently to meet and exceed sales goals

Schedule & Work Details

  • Full-time or flexible schedule
  • Work performed on the road / at customer locations
  • Independent, performance-based role

Qualifications

  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Valid driver’s license

Pay

Pay is competitive and based on experience.
