HVAC Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication, negotiation, and business development strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Implement sales strategies to attract new clients on maintenances, estimates, and no cool/heat
- Build strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Photos, diagnose, notes are to be taken on all calls
- Issues found on the job are to be presented in different options for each customer

Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or related field
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Minimum 3 year experience in SALES
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Experience with service titan is preferred

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
