HVAC Service Dispatcher

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables

· Schedule and dispatch HVAC service technicians promptly using transportation management systems and GPS tools to optimize routes and response times

· Coordinate with customers to confirm appointment details, provide ETA updates, and address inquiries with professional phone etiquette

· Utilize data entry skills to accurately record service requests, technician notes, and job statuses within systems such as Service Titan

· Monitor fleet management systems to track technician locations, vehicle status, and ensure efficient utilization of resources

· Collaborate with the supply chain team to manage shipping & receiving of parts and equipment necessary for service jobs

· Maintain clear communication with technicians, customers, and internal teams through multi-line phone systems and other communication channels

· Analyze dispatch data to identify opportunities for process improvements in transportation planning and logistics operations

Required Skills and Experience

· High school diploma or equivalent

· 3 years of dispatching experience in HVAC environment

· Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications

· Exceptional communication skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to clearly convey information across diverse teams

· Ability to handle high-volume calls using multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.

· Experience with Service Titan is a plus

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
