HVAC Service Manager

Powell Mechanical is looking for a full-time HVAC & Refrigeration Service Manager that is self-motivated and takes pride in their work. Prefer 3+ years of experience in both management and field experience with various types of commercial HVAC systems including maintenance, repair and installation.

Skills required but not limited to:

-Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and insurable
- Proven experience as a commercial HVAC & Refrigeration technician
- Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Proficient in equipment repair and maintenance
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

-Experience with estimating and sales are preferred but not required.

Pay range will be $90,000-$110,000 per year based on a 40hr work week depending on experience with opportunities for bonuses and growth.
