Commercial Service Manager
to join our team.
In this key leadership role, you'll oversee our service department operations, mentor a talented team of technicians, manage customer relationships, and ensure every job meets our high standards for safety, efficiency, and quality.
Pay Range:
$90,000-100,000 annually + bonus opportunities
Schedule
: Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm with occasional weekend hours initially to work side-by-side with leadership at the start of employment

Your Role As a Commercial HVAC Service Manager

Lead, mentor, and manage HVAC service technicians, including scheduling, performance reviews, and training

Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, ensuring satisfaction and timely contract renewals

Oversee service schedules, preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, and dispatch
-
Provide technical guidance for diagnosing and repairing complex HVAC systems

Manage departmental budgets, approve costs, and ensure profitability

Enforce safety protocols, lead regular safety meetings, and ensure regulatory compliance
-
Prepare service invoices and performance reports, maintaining accurate records of all service work
What We're Looking For

Proven leadership experience in HVAC service management (commercial experience preferred)

5-7 years of experience in HVAC installation or service field, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role

Highly organized, with experience managing schedules, invoicing, and coordinating teams

EPA Certification is required (additional industry certifications required)
