Your New Role

• Perform HVAC service, diagnostics, and repairs on residential and commercial systems, depending on experience
• Opportunity to convert service calls into sales opportunities
• Handle warranty related repairs following manufacturer and installation guidelines
• Install and service components including motors, control boards, capacitors, and sensors
• Complete preventive maintenance visits and seasonal HVAC tune ups
• Measure refrigerant levels, amp draw, airflow, and overall system performance
• Document service work accurately and submit warranty related documentation
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about system condition and repair or replacement options

Job requirements

• 3+ years of HVAC service or maintenance experience
• Ideal candidate has experience in both residential and commercial environments
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Strong troubleshooting and HVAC diagnostic skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Valid driver’s license, ability to pass MVR check
