About the Role:
SLATECO HEATING AND COOLING LLC is looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Roseto, PA! This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your technical expertise to a company that takes pride in delivering top-quality heating and cooling solutions to the community.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
- Install and commission new HVAC units and components
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related issues
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation for each job
- Ensure compliance with safety codes, regulations, and industry standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar service role
- EPA 608 Certification required
- Strong knowledge of heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
