HVAC Service Technician
Pay Range: $35.00 to $45.00 per hour, depending on experience + spiffs
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:30am to 4:30pm
What You Will Be Doing:
- Delivering Excellent Customer Experiences by providing service, maintenance, and repair on primarily residential and some light commercial heating and air conditioning systems
- Consulting with customers regarding repair and replacement options; Replacement needs are forwarded to the Comfort Advisor/Salesperson
- Educating clients on indoor air quality products that fit customers' needs
- Communicating with the service manager about product needs, training enhancement, or desired specialty training

What We Are Looking For:
- 2 + years of HVAC service experience
- Residential Service experience required

EPA Universal Certification
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Experience making repair and replacement recommendations
- Low voltage license or commitment to acquire within 2 years of employment
- Advanced customer service skills
- High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School is desired
