HVAC Site Engineer

City Breeze LLC, a prominent HVAC solutions provider in the UAE, is looking to hire an experienced and proactive HVAC Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee HVAC system installations, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance at project sites across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Management: Supervise and manage the day-to-day HVAC activities on various project sites, ensuring efficient operations.
• Review & Compliance: Review project drawings, specifications, and design documents to ensure all HVAC installations comply with technical, regulatory, and safety requirements.
• Installation Planning: Plan, schedule, and oversee the installation of HVAC systems including ducting, piping, insulation, controls, and equipment.
• Coordination & Communication: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and smooth execution of the project.
• Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to verify work is carried out as per approved drawings and standards. Ensure compliance with all health and safety guidelines.
• Material & Equipment Management: Prepare material requisitions, monitor stock deliveries, and verify the installation and placement of materials against specifications.
• Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and motivate site technicians, foremen, and subcontractors to achieve milestones and project goals effectively.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of project progress, inspections, safety audits, and quality control measures.
• Troubleshooting & Solutions: Identify potential issues on site, propose technical solutions, and escalate critical concerns to senior management as necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years of UAE-based experience as an HVAC Site Engineer.
• HVAC Expertise: In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation methods.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel, Word), and HVAC design software.
• Leadership & Coordination: Strong site coordination, leadership skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic skills are a plus).
• Driver’s License: Valid UAE driver’s license is mandatory.
• Problem-solving Abilities: Ability to work under pressure, identify issues on-site, and implement corrective actions quickly.
