HVAC Site Engineer

Managing projects for all HVAC activities like preparation of initial 2-D Layout, , Heat Load calculation ,Duct design, tonnage selection, duct specification, Diffuser and grill, control dampers, fire and smoke dampers (FCSD),Insulation for thermal & acoustic insulation, field installation layouts, etc.

• Designing of Supply air, Fresh air, Extract air & Toilet extract air ducting, chilled water, and fire fighting pipes.
• Preparation of Auto Cad drawings for HVAC, Water supply, drainage, fire fighting.
• Prepare Heat load calculation by using HAP software & machine scheduling
• Prepare the Bill of Quantity (BOQ) of Materials for Projects and Material Reconciliation List (MRR)
• Site supervision of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting Working.
• Making requirements of materials for Piping, Ducting, Insulations from Drawings and take erected site measurement such as Piping, Ducting, insulation & Electrical etc.
• Installation, commissioning and hand over site. Preparation of running bills (Delivery bills & Erection bills) & getting them passed.
• Discussing & finalizing with clients on changes required at site.

Complying with company standards and customers’ requirements.

Hiring HVAC Site Engineer for Abu Dhabi Location

• Min 4-5 years of UAE experience
• Should be willing to join immediately.
• Driving License
• Salary based on experience.
