HVAC Supervisor
Should Have minimum 4 Year of UAE experience in construction
Should Have UAE Driving License
Candidate who are on cancelled Visa / join immediate will be given preference
Salary AED 5 k + Accommodation + Company vehicle + Other benefits

Project Planning & Coordination

• Review HVAC drawings, specifications, and project plans before execution.
• Coordinate HVAC installation schedules with interior construction, electrical, plumbing, and other trades to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth workflow.
• Allocate manpower, materials, and resources to meet project deadlines.
• Attend project progress meetings and provide updates on HVAC-related activities.

Site Supervision

• Supervise daily HVAC installation and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and standards.
• Monitor ducting, piping, insulation, equipment installation, and testing activities.
• Inspect site conditions and ensure all installation work matches the interior design and architectural requirements.
• Ensure worksite cleanliness and adherence to company safety protocols.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Conduct quality checks and ensure HVAC installations meet industry standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, local codes).
• Verify equipment installations, alignments, testing, and balancing procedures.
• Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspections and approvals.

Technical Problem-Solving

• Troubleshoot technical issues and propose solutions to maintain project timelines.
• Resolve conflicts between HVAC systems and interior elements (ceilings, partitions, MEP utilities).
• Communicate technical instructions to technicians and subcontractors.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily site reports, manpower logs, and installation checklists.
• Assist in preparing method statements, risk assessments, and material requisitions.
• Support commissioning, testing, and handover documentation.

Team Leadership

• Supervise HVAC technicians, subcontractors, and helpers.
• Provide on-site training and guidance regarding proper installation techniques and safety.
• Evaluate workforce performance and recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical field.
• 4–8+ years of HVAC experience, preferably in interior fit-out, commercial spaces, or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of HVAC layouts, ducting standards, chilled water systems, VRF/VRV systems, and ventilation requirements.
• Ability to interpret MEP and interior drawings.
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
• Strong supervisory, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
