Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems across residential, commercial, and industrial projects in Oman. The ideal candidate will lead a team of technicians, ensure compliance with local regulations, maintain high safety standards, and deliver quality workmanship on all projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of HVAC technicians and subcontractors
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC systems
• Ensure compliance with Oman regulations and safety standards
• Monitor project timelines and ensure work is completed within schedule and budget
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks
• Troubleshoot complex HVAC system issues and provide technical guidance
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports for management
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance records are maintained
• Manage inventory of materials, tools, and equipment
• Enforce strict adherence to HSE policies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹59,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
