HVAC Supervisor

Position: HVAC Supervisor
Location: Kuwait (Local Hiring Only)

Education & Qualification:

• Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institute
• Proven track record of experience in construction projects

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the HVAC field, with significant exposure to industrial or infrastructure projects
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role, leading HVAC technicians and managing site operations
• Proven hands-on experience with large-scale HVAC systems
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute preventive maintenance programs for critical HVAC assets

Expected System Knowledge & Skills:

• Reporting: Ability to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress and maintenance reports
• BMS & Controls: Strong understanding of HVAC control systems, logic, and Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Communication: Excellent coordination skills with project managers, civil/electrical teams, and clients
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
