Job Title: HVAC Supervisor
Location: Qatar University, Qatar
Salary: QAR 3,500/month
Contract Duration: 1 Month (Extendable)
Working Hours: 9 hours per day
Work Days: 6 days per week

Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced HVAC Supervisors with strong Facilities Management (FM) and building maintenance experience. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising preventive and corrective maintenance activities of HVAC systems including AHU, FCU, Chillers, VRF/VRV, Split and Package Units across commercial and residential facilities. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, knowledge of electromechanical systems, and GCC FM maintenance experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and supervise preventive & corrective maintenance of HVAC systems including AHU, FCU, Chillers, VRF/VRV, Split & Package Units
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and mechanical issues and ensure timely rectification
• Monitor HVAC equipment performance to ensure uninterrupted facility operations
• Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems, pumps, motors, and ventilation equipment
• Attend breakdown complaints and emergency maintenance calls promptly
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and company procedures
• Coordinate with technicians and maintenance teams for smooth facility operations
• Maintain daily maintenance reports, checklists, and service records
• Support testing, commissioning, and replacement of HVAC components when required
• Ensure proper usage of tools, materials, and spare parts during maintenance activities

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Graduation in Mechanical or HVAC
• Minimum 5 years experience in HVAC maintenance
• Mandatory FM company experience in building maintenance projects
• Mandatory GCC experience (minimum 2 years)
• Strong knowledge of AHU, FCU, Chillers, VRF/VRV & Split AC systems
• Experience in preventive & corrective maintenance
• Basic knowledge of electrical & ELV systems preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC systems efficiently
• Experience in commercial/residential facility maintenance environments
