HVAC Technician

HVAC Technicians are responsible for locating and diagnosing equipment issues, conducting warranty services and performing emergency repairs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Removes and installs new units after performing diagnosis
• Performs routine maintenance
• Communicates with customers and clients to ensure they understand equipment issues
• Submits part order request
• Performs work to meet local codes and ordinances

Qualifications

• Basic reading and writing skills
• Knowledge and respect of safety rules and policies
• Able to perform physical work and lift material >50 lbs
• Communicates well orally
• Able to work in various temperatures

Educational Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• HVAC Certification

Candidate must have their own HVAC tools, pass a background and MVR check.
