HVAC Technician

OMNIYAT GROUP Facilities Management is looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team Skilled HVAC Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for HVAC maintenance in residential and commercial properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and visually appealing.

Responsibilities:

HVAC Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.

• Handle PPM System for installation, maintenance of HVAC Systems.
• Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning of HVAC equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
• Installation & maintenance of FCU, DX Units and Split AC, Compressors, Motors , VRF System etc.
• AC and HVAC Work, Package AC, VRF, FCU, AHU, Split etc..
• Diagnose and troubleshooting of Centrifugal chillers

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of HVAC.
• Ability to diagnose and repair AC issues.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Strong communication skills.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
