HVAC Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including split units, package units, VRF/VRV systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation fans.
• Conduct preventive maintenance as per schedule and record all tasks completed.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems and perform corrective actions.
• Attend guest complaints related to temperature, ventilation, and humidity issues promptly.
• Check and maintain refrigerant levels, replace filters, clean coils, and inspect ducts.
• Maintain cold rooms, freezers, ice machines, and other refrigeration equipment.
• Take daily readings of chillers, pumps, cooling towers, AHUs, and report abnormalities.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and professional condition.
• Ensure all HVAC operations comply with safety standards and energy-efficient practices.
• Assist the Engineering team in general maintenance activities when required.
• Coordinate with external contractors for major repairs or overhauls.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
