HVAC Technician – $40–$55/hr + Benefits and Commissions

Schedule: Full-time

Pay: $40–$55 per hour (based on experience)

Your Responsibilities:

• Remove and replace outdated HVAC systems
• Install new HVAC units on commercial job sites
• Perform regular maintenance and system inspections
• Train junior technicians as needed
• Communicate with clients in a professional, service-first manner
• Order and maintain tools, materials, and equipment
• Ensure full compliance with HVAC codes and safety standards

What You Bring:

• 3 years experience in residential, commercial or industrial HVAC service and installation
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Full-time availability (Monday through Friday)
• Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety practices
• A dependable, safety-focused, team-first attitude

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
