HVAC Technician

We are seeking a motivated and skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and mechanical systems. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC equipment across diverse property types, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, and related mechanical equipment.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans to ensure accurate installation and service procedures.
• Conduct routine inspections of HVAC equipment and property maintenance systems to identify issues proactively.
• Perform plumbing work related to HVAC systems as needed, ensuring proper connections and functionality.
• Utilize diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters to test electrical components and ensure system integrity.
• Operate welding equipment for repairs or modifications of metal components within HVAC systems.
• Maintain detailed service records, complete shift reports, and document all repairs or installations performed in compliance with safety standards.

Skills:

• Proven experience as a service technician in the HVAC industry with strong mechanical knowledge.
• Construction background with familiarity in schematics, HVAC design principles, and property maintenance practices.
• Ability to perform appliance repair and general equipment maintenance efficiently.
• Skilled in plumbing techniques relevant to HVAC installations and repairs.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters; welding skills are a plus.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
