HVAC Technician

Duties:

Our ideal candidate would be a reliable/dependable individual who would have experience with HVAC, refrigerant, mechanical, electrical and systems. Responsible for servicing job site locations, rigging up or down a location, and moving equipment from one site to another. Yard or shop duties include repair and maintenance of equipment and stocking houses to suit the customer. Other responsibilities include:

• Receive orders from dispatch
• Troubleshoot, test, repair & service equipment for housing trailers
• Travel to rig site is required on occasion
• Always maintain a high quality of service

Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift heavy supplies and equipment and work long hours
• Obtain current permits for handling and disposing of refrigerant
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• *Current HVAC License with 2+ years’ experience in HVAC service and repair
• CFC Universal Certification required
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening as well as background check
• Must meet the requirements of the Company Vehicle Policy

• HVAC: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• EPA Type II (Preferred)
