Job Overview:

We are currently on the lookout for a skilled Commercial / Residential HVAC Service Technician to become a vital part of our team. This position entails the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems specifically within commercial and residential environments. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to achieving the highest standards of customer satisfaction while delivering quality service that exceeds expectations.

Job Duties:

- Execute the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, ensuring that all components function optimally and meet industry standards. This includes diagnosing and troubleshooting any issues that arise with heating and cooling units, employing a systematic approach to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

- Conduct routine maintenance activities, which encompass cleaning and replacing filters, as well as testing.

HVAC systems to verify their operational efficiency and effectiveness. This proactive maintenance helps to extend the lifespan of the equipment and enhances overall system performance.

- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement upgrades to existing HVAC systems, following detailed schematics and blueprints to guarantee precise installation and repair. Additionally, provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns, while meticulously documenting all work performed and parts utilized for future reference.

Job Type:

Full- Time.

Starting Pay:

$25 - $30 per hour.

Experience:

- Demonstrated experience as an HVAC Technician or in a related position.

- In-depth understanding of HVAC/R systems and their components.

- Knowledgeable in field service operations.

- Strong communication skills.

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.

- Capable of working independently or collaboratively.

- Possession of a valid Kentucky HVAC License.

- Valid driver's license required.

- Committed to maintaining high safety standards.

- Willingness to stay updated on industry advancements.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday (8am – 4:30 pm).
• On Call Weekly Rotations.

Experience:

• HVAC: Commercial or Residential - 2 YEARS (Minimal).

License/Certifications:

• Driver’s License (Required).
• KY Journeyman (Required).
• EPA (Required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
