HVAC Technician

Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
- Repair or replace defective parts in HVAC systems
- Test HVAC systems for proper functioning
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Keep accurate records of work performed

Requirements:

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record for van driving
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems with minimum 5 years experience, including refrigeration and ventilation
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Proficient in equipment repair and maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand and power tools
- Ability to weld and fabricate as needed for HVAC system installation or repair
- Knowledge of HVAC system design principles and energy efficiency standards
- Excellent customer service skills as a service technician
