Basic Qualifications

• 5 years experience working with Commercial Chillers, Cleaver Brooks Boilers, Metasys and Siemen's controls systems.
• Universal Refrigerant license
• Read and interrupt and utilize Electrical single line drawings
• Must be a United States citizen
• Must be able to obtain/maintain a TS/SCI clearance

Provide operational oversight and actions to maintain chiller and boiler operations for the Building 100 campus. Manage chiller operations through use of Metasys, Optimal Energy and Siemens controls, through the use of software and local controls. Manage boiler operations through Boiler controls and systems.

Implement power-switching and transfers to maintain electrical power to the campus.

Service, modify, troubleshoot, rebuild, and repair air conditioning, refrigeration, and boiler and steam components and systems.

Perform maintenance on and equipment in an industrial or commercial establishment in accordance with applicable building codes and safety regulations.

Perform periodic inspections to locate and determine cause of equipment malfunction as well as conduct maintenance programs to prevent failure of such equipment as boiler, chillers, and support assets such as, but not limited to, centrifugal compressors, electric power and controls, evaporative condensers, pumps, fans, and heating equipment.

Respond to after hours/ off shift issues
